With their flexibility, durability, and non-porous characteristics, interlocking lead brick applications are perfect for use in a number of different areas. Let’s take a look at some applications in which these materials can of great use.

When high levels of radiation are called for. Straight lead bricks will not always prevent leaks of radiation from seeping through to the other side. The interlocking features of these lead bricks means that there is an extra layer of protection which ensures that even the smallest gaps are closed, preventing any possibility of seepage.

In situations where the need for shielding is not constant. Factories or laboratories often experience fluctuations in the amount of radiation produced within the work area.
