A tax free shipping port is another feature that adds to its development.
Since many real estate agents and experts have started taking the benefit of the tax free laws of the country, making it more evitable for the oversupply of real estate properties. Dubai being a tax free country had attracted large scale construction works and migrants too all over.
Ever since 2003, Dubai has seen great development in its trade and commerce too! Having a very diverse population, makes it even more vulnerable to attract migrants all over the world. Similarly with the increase in variety of business and trade, a number of multinational companies have started expanding its branches here.
Tax free remuneration is another feature that too mouthwatering! Moreover it's the money and the wealth being generated in that country that matters the most. With crude making the most of the revenue, the real estate industry also adds up to the gross domestic income.
